Identification Requirements

We require two pieces of identification to open an account with us.  You may provide two pieces from List A OR one from List A and one from List B

Note:  The Personal Health Information Protections Act (PHIPA) does not permit health cards in Ontario as well as many other provinces to be accepted as identification.  As such, we will not accept a health card from any province as identification.

If you are unable to provide one of these options for identification, please contact us or stop by to discuss additional options for identification.

Note:  In order to open your account with us, we may need to check your credit report to ensure that you meet our minimum requirements.
